In Greek Mythology, the Styx River signifies the boundary between Earth and the Underworld. The eponymous river which flows through the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage Area is every bit as magical. It is against this backdrop where Scanlan Theodore’s story continues to evolve, fusing the brand’s Greek heritage with its Australian roots.
Showcasing the natural beauty of Australia, the Pre-Fall 2024 campaign is captured amongst the ancient trees of the Styx Valley, spotlighting the unique beauty of models Tarlisa Gaykamangu, Venus He and Sabine Glud.
Signature categories of leather, Crepe Knit, denim and tailoring are reimagined in modern silhouettes whilst retaining the brand’s dedication to impeccable craftsmanship.
Shades of silver, cinnamon and pale blue are grounded amongst navy, black and white. Exaggerated cocoon shapes and oversized proportions are effortlessly balanced with contemporary accessories and luxurious footwear. Under the design direction of Gary Theodore and Maria Sita, the collection reaffirms the brand’s affinity for modernity and elegance.
Working in close collaboration for over 25 years, the Founder and Creative Director seek to imbue the ethos of Scanlan Theodore into every facet of the brand; an unwavering commitment to meticulous craft and enduring dedication to its clients, a philosophy that has guided each design within the collection.
