Click and Collect Terms and Conditions
Scanlan Theodore’s complimentary Click & Collect service is available online to selected boutiques in Australia only (excluding David Jones and archive boutiques).
Order Collection
- You will be notified via email and SMS (if a mobile number is provided) when your order is ready for collection.
- Orders are available same day if ordered before 2pm, otherwise next business day from order date.
- When collecting your order at the boutique, you will need to show your order confirmation and photo identification.
- If you are not able to collect the goods, you may appoint a representative. The representative is required to supply a copy of your Click & Collect notification and you agree Scanlan Theodore is not liable thereafter.
- Orders must be collected within 14 days from notification. If your order is not collected within this time, Scanlan Theodore has the right to refund the order.
- In the case where item/s in your order are not available and need to be sourced from another boutique, Scanlan Theodore Client Experience will notify you of the delays and discuss alternative arrangements.
Please note that during any major sale events, Click & Collect may be temporarily unavailable and Scanlan Theodore reserves the right to change or discontinue the Click & Collect service at any time without notice.
Returns and Exchanges
Click & Collect orders have the same returns policy as online orders. Please refer to our returns policy for further information.
Click & Collect orders cannot be modified or cancelled once your order has been confirmed.
