Our complimentary click and collect service allows you to order your pieces online and collect them from your nearest Scanlan Theodore boutique (excludes David Jones).
Please wait for an email or sms confirmation that your order is ready. Ordering before 2pm allows for collection same day, otherwise pick up the following business day. Alternatively, you can contact the boutique directly.
Your order will be available to pick up for 14 days from the date it is ready to be collected. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend this timeframe, so be sure to collect your order in time.
If your order is not collected within 14 days from the date it is ready, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.
Yes, online terms and conditions apply for click and collect orders.
Refunds for Click and Collect orders will be processed Monday - Friday and can take 7 business days to be processed.
