Due to courier pickup time, orders placed after 12:30pm ET may be shipped out the following business day. If an order is placed over the weekend or on a national holiday, the package will be shipped out the following business day.
Please note any express orders placed on Friday after 12:30pm ET may only be couriered the following business day.
Our deliveries do not require a signature. If you wish to have a signature on your package at the time of delivery, please contact the concierge. Shipping charges are not refundable, please note a $25 return shipping and restocking fee applies to all returns.

For orders shipping to the UK and EU, Scanlan Theodore will prepay import duties. Please note that if your order has been sent to a destination outside of the US, you may be responsible for other duties and taxes.
