RETURN POLICY
Read our online returns policy to ensure your order is applicable for a return.
As a valued client of Scanlan Theodore, we would like to thank you for your purchase. At Scanlan Theodore, we pride ourselves on luxurious well-crafted designs with devotion to modern aestheticism.
In the instance that you may need to return one of your items, the following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made online at scanlantheodore.com.
RETURNS POLICY - IN STORE
We do not offer refunds for in-store purchases. In-store returns must be made in a boutique and can be made within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. Goods must be returned in unworn, brand-new condition, with all tags attached. Proof of purchase must be provided.
RETURNS POLICY - ONLINE
FULL PRICE ITEMS
Full priced items purchased online are eligible to be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit.
SALE ITEMS
All sale items purchased online are final sale and cannot be returned.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request:
- All returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.
- Returns will not be granted if ‘do not remove tags’ have been removed.
- Item(s) must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached.
- Shoes must be tried on a carpet surface until you have decided to keep them, and returned with the shoe box included.
- Swimwear must be tried on over your underwear, with the adhesive strip attached.
- Gift cards cannot be returned.
Scanlan Theodore reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply and are subject to cancellations as per our returns policy.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
1. Submit a return or exchange
Visit Scanlan Theodore Online Returns Portal and follow the prompts to submit your request.
2. Pack your return
United States:
Place the item(s) in the original shipping box and use the link in your return confirmation email to print your shipping label. Attach it to the top of the package, then drop it off at any FedEx location, schedule a pick up via phone or book online at fedex.com.
International:
Place the item(s) in the original shipping box and send back by a postal courier of your choice to the below address. We recommend using a trackable service. Scanlan Theodore do not cover international return costs.

We also recommend alerting our team via email at concierge@scanlantheodore.com with the tracking information so we will be prepared for your return.
REFUNDS
Following inspection and acceptance of a return, you will receive a confirmation via email that a refund or credit has been issued. Please allow up to 14 business days for a return to be processed. Please note, the initial shipping fee as well as the restocking fee will not be refunded.
Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of the Scanlan Theodore returns team. Items that are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis
We don’t accept returns or claims of Scanlan Theodore pieces bought from other retailers or second-hand sites.
We don’t accept returns of pieces marked as Final sale.
EXCHANGES
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return it and place a new order or contact our concierge to confirm item availability.
CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS
If you have changed your mind, ordered an incorrect item, size or color and would like to cancel or amend an order, please contact the concierge. Please note, orders which have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
QUALITY GUARANTEE
If you receive an item that you believe to be faulty, please contact Concierge within 14 days of receipt. If the item is assessed and considered to be faulty, Scanlan Theodore offers a number of suitable solutions. Please note, items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect garment care are not considered to be faulty.
