Summer 24 Part Two
Drawing inspiration from the allure of a warm-weather escape, the second instalment of Summer 24 re-establishes the innate elegance and sophisticated femininity that is synonymous with Scanlan Theodore.
Lensed against the shimmeringbackdrop of the Aegean Sea, the creative team envisioned the campaign as a tribute to the heritage of Founder Gary Theodore, and Creative Director Maria Sita. Set along the striking coastline of Athens, celebrated Photographer Robbie Fimmano, Director James Nolan, and Cinematographer Matt Dempsey capture model Ellen Rosa in a four-part story as she explores and interacts with Greece's beauty.
Contrasting the natural symphony of colours and the robust landscape of the sea, sky, and rock, the sculptural silhouettes of the collection come to life. Luxurious fabrications, produced by speciality couture mills in Italy and France, are crafted into elegant occasion pieces. Tactile boucle, luminous sequin, and lustrous duchess satin are emboldened by a palette of rosa, tinted pink, and violet. Whilst signature Crepe Knit and Pleated Rib fabrications are contemporised by renewed silhouettes that are awash with hues of fuchsia, red, tangerine and royal blue.
An ode to the magnetic sophistication of Scanlan Theodore and the innate romanticism of Spring, the collection is artfully infused with femininity and modernism. Establishing a considered balance of structure and fluidity, the refined selection of wardrobe essentials and event silhouettes are imbued with timeless luxury and illustrious craftsmanship.
