Scanlan Theodore Loyalty Members receive The Flat Pony Pouch as their Limited Edition Chapter 4 gift when they spend $1,500 or more in one transaction in Scanlan Thedore boutiques or online, whilst stocks allow. Available in Dark Spice or Cobalt Blue. Retail price of $400. The Flat Pony Pouch can be purchase separately by all Clients. Returns are issued as a credit note for all eligible purchases related to this offer.
Offer Terms: The Pony Pouch Gift is available 26 May 2026 to 11.59pm AEDT to 1 June 2026 or until sold out. If an item is returned from the qualifying order, to keep the pouch the item must be exchanged, or a credit note will be issued to the value of the item to be returned. Welcome Gifts are issued as a single use voucher, and cannot be purchased or redeemed at David Jones Concession Stores or Archive Stores. Valid on full price purchases only. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount code or offer. Cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards. Welcome Gift is non transferrable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. One Gift Code per person. Present your Welcome Gift code to the Client Advisor to redeem in boutique. Log in to your online account and enter the voucher number and pin at checkout to redeem online. Your loyalty status expires after 12 months of inactivity. Some gestures, such as rewards or benefits may have set expiry dates, which will be noted at the time of issue and will be visible in your account. See our Terms and Conditions for further information about expiry.
Yes, except that we don't offer refunds for change of mind. For other returns or exchanges, our standard return and exchange policies apply. See our Terms and Conditions. If a reward was used in your purchase, your refund will be in the form of a reward. For example: If your order was $500 and you used a $50 reward, your refund would be $450 in cash and you will receive $50 in credit to use for another purchase.

Rewards are extended based on your ongoing engagement with the brand over a 12-month period. See our Terms and Conditions for further information about qualifying engagement and expiry of your reward status. If a reward or benefit is no longer visible, it may be because your reward status expired due to account inactivity. You will receive a reminder before your status is due to expire. This approach helps ensure clarity and consistency across your experience — whether Online, with Client Services, or in Boutique.
To be eligible for loyalty rewards, you must have an active online account and be opted in to Scanlan Theodore Loyalty at the time of purchase.
Yes. To opt out, log in to your account and deselect the “Scanlan Theodore Loyalty” option under your preferences.. This will remove your loyalty status immediately. Opting out will stop your participation in Scanlan Theodore Loyalty and you will no longer receive loyalty program benefits or communications. Your customer account will remain active for regular shopping and service purposes. Please note: If you choose to rejoin later, your previous rewards or recognition level cannot be reinstated.
